If you are an employer considering employing someone with a criminal record, our experienced staff can assist you by;

  • Providing information about relevant legislation;
  • Supporting you when making a decision about the relevance of an individuals criminal record to your vacancy; 
  • Giving advice on how to minimise and manage any potential risk issues within your workplace and supporting you with understanding any necessary risk assessments;
  • Identifying training courses and funding opportunities that the individual may be eligible for;
  • Offering a support package for you and the individual during the first few weeks of their new job.

We work with local employers to help them in their  recruitment activities.  Our aim is to assist by filling vacancies with skilled, experienced individuals.
